Terms of return and exchange
Return and exchange of the package are possible within 14 days of receiving the goods from the buyer.
Return delivery of goods is carried out by agreement.

The company returns and exchanges goods of appropriate quality in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights".
Return and exchange of goods are possible within 14 days after receiving the goods from the buyer. Return delivery of goods is carried out by agreement. When paying by card, return the goods with the help of the Company.
When choosing delivery by cash on delivery, if the buyer paid for the item at the post office after inspection, the Company pays only the cost of returning the goods to the Company's office.
Order cancellation
The buyer has the right to cancel the order at any time, including when the package has already been delivered. The buyer undertakes to notify the Company about the cancellation of the order as soon as possible. The buyer who made an initial payment for the order, but did not receive it in the specified time due to fault or unreasonably refused to accept the order when it was delivered to his home or office, will be refunded only in the amount of the cost of the product (excluding transport costs). The buyer understands and agrees that repeated cases of cancellation of the order at the time of delivery and changes in the composition of the order during delivery and after the sale may lead to the Company refusing to serve this Buyer in the future.
Exchange of package
Product exchange is possible within 14 days (except for products subject to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 19.03.94 No. 172), with the exception of the day of purchase, if the product has not been used, has preserved its appearance, consumer qualities, and is accompanied by documents, issued together with the product at the time of its purchase.
Delivery of goods to the central office is carried out at the expense of the Company. A refund or exchange for another product is made after the Company receives the returned product.
To exchange/return the purchased product, you need to write and send a letter with the subject "Return (exchange) of the product" to the e-mail address (hidden), in which you must:
- Specify the buyer's name, address and telephone number;
- Briefly describe the reason for the return/exchange of the product;
- Add a photo or video of the product you would like to return/exchange;
- A copy of the settlement document confirming the purchase of this product on the website https://yvonika.com/.
